Peer Review Process
All submissions to this conference will be sent to at least 2 independent reviewers selected from a group of well-established researchers by the Programme Committee Chair and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable. To facilitate the double-blind paper evaluation method, authors are kindly requested to produce and provide the paper WITHOUT any reference to any of the authors, including the authors’ personal details, the acknowledgments section of the paper and any other reference that may disclose the authors’ identity.
We will first check plagiarism status of each submitted paper, and there is a hard rule that the similarity rate cannot exceed 20%. We take plagiarism case very seriously, which include self-plagiarism of authors' own published papers. Papers with high percentage of plagiarism and self-plagiarism will not be considered. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the paper submitted or delete the paper from the final publications.
2. Report the author’s violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3. Report the author’s violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the author’s name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
It is recommended that authors prepare their own articles according to the content of review form (Click here to download).
Submission and Publication Process
All papers selected by ICCIIR 2025 will be solicited for oral presentation. For authors who cannot attend the conference, presentation through posters or virtually can be considered. All accepted and presented papers will be published in conference proceedings.
1) Authors submit paper(s) through online submission system or email.
2) Technical program committee reviews the paper within 5-7 days, focusing on the language expression and topics. Paper in poor expression or in irrelevant topics will be rejected.
3) Papers in good expression and related topics will be submitted for peer review within 6-7 weeks.
4) Announce the result of peer review and issue notification of acceptance. Authors are required to revise the manuscripts.
5) Complete registration after paper accepted. (Fill up registration form, sign copyright transfer agreement, make the payment, and submit final paper together with required documents.)
6) Authors submit paper(s) to publisher for typesetting.
7) Authors check, revise and send back the proofreading(s) received from publisher.
8) Finish online publication.
